Attorney Kevin Ryan is from a family that includes six practicing attorneys, all of whom maintain a close association on a variety of legal matters. He is admitted in all Ohio state courts, the United States District Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Growing up in a law practice gives attorney Ryan the practical ability to spot difficult issues that can affect your bankruptcy matter, and formulate integrated solutions to them. His experience in other areas of law include divorce, probate, foreclosure, personal injury, criminal law, and real estate law. He has extensive experience in both state and federal courts of appeal, and experience as a lead trial attorney in several matters in these areas of law. He has had several appellate decisions published and used as legal precedent. Bankruptcy often results from financial pressure arising from one of these other areas of law. An experienced advocate is extremely important.
